kucing bawa tidur rimau bawa igau


On Sunday, I ran (plus walk) 11.6km in the morning, a quick futsal at night.. and here i am at the office walking with a stiff leg. Doing a long workout session after about a month of no exercise has taken its toll but as my new friend said to me "Crappy mileage is always better than NO mileage!" The trip and recent events has made me a little lazy and not as spirited as i was in going to the gym, or running or cyling but thank God for the miracle of high-metabolic-rate, Im actually lighter then i used to be when i did all those exercises. Contrary to popular belief, a regular workout has helped me to actually GAIN weight! maybe due to the fact that i EAT more when i do physical activities.

The previous weekend was a fun-filled weekend with gatherings, weddings, delicious food, camera whoring and listening to intellectual banter. I was here Sunday evening to listen to a forum between 3 young YB's and to be honest i surprisingly enjoyed myself. The whole event was quite impressive and im amazed at how the kids managed to organise such a grand event.

The dear sister is a little apprehensive about starting work, its not only the issue of waking up early every day and dragging yourself with all the other office drones to work until 5.30, but its also about making the best first impression and competing with others within the same league. But sweetie I tell her, first impressions are only good while it lasts.. in the end its how you carry yourself forward and how long u last. Theres always an initial struggle, in everything you do. One thing is to keep on working on it and secondly is to remember to savor victories, no matter how little or insignificant it may be.. because in the long run, thats how you survive.

pura pura salah jawapan untuk naik berang
panggil lima kawan atau biar pergi laju
risaukan pekara remeh kita tak akan maju
muka sama hijau hati siapa tahu
merah dah menyala pasti mati siapa mahu
gagap tiga kali bercakap benar saja
bulan terang ramai yang keluar buat kerja

when exercising, weight gain is normal due to the building of muscle mass. Some people look small but weigh a helluva lot cause their muscle mass is major!:D
