Bila rasa gembira ..tepuk tangan

yesterday's lunch was at Nirwana Maju in Bangsar which makes the best sotong goreng and Pawakaii (comparitively to other nasi daun pisang shops) and i think i saw two familiar faces from highschool.. one being an old petsister who i used to be fond of and the other was an ex-boyfriend's ex-housemate.. never imagined seeing both of them together nor writing all that in one sentence..
since we were in Bangsar, decided to drop by at your-local-friendly-bookshop Silverfish books for the IamMuslim. so yeah i finally bought it , stil yet to read it coz im still going thru "The Zahir" which Aunty lent me..
proud to see some familiar names in it.. ( this is where I'd drop some names just to show that I know famous people thus am famous by association..hee)
which by the way ,i am also dating the abang ipar of one of them ..*ahem*

btw what a coincindence with books it was this week..I just finished another novel by Amitav Ghosh - The Hungry Tide which wrote a lot about the Irrawady Dolphins..
(Orcaella brevirostris).. and lo and behold.. there was a 2 page spread all about it in Tuesday's StarTwo..
what a coinkidink...

I am missing London again these days.. which hasnt been the case for quite a while..
seeing the alumni gathering pictures has certainly conjured up old feellings and sentiments..missing those carefree days where studies is the only thing u think about and where to go the coming summer or whether ud make it to the next Warwick Malaysian night..
but the past is the past they say.. its the present thats what matters..which have seen some slight changes in my weekly activities.. but that deserves another entry on its own..

Have read most of IamMuslim and it has been an interesting read and an interesting conversation topic with MHM. but yeah that would deserve a whole new entry all together.
