Kadang kadang if not always.. aku rasa aku nih strait forward sangat lah....*tepuk dahi*
************
Anyway.. anak anak nongkrong sekalian (i have no idea what that means..but i always hear it on MTV Indonesia)..it is hight time i write about my glorious trip to yogyakarta (also spelled at Jogjakarta), Bandar Wisata.. thats city of Tourism for u guys..or also known as Bandar Pendidikan or Bandar Pelajaran or something sorta like that since most of the big universities are in this town and the city is strewn with students (which made me think of Oxford city)..
The AirAsia flight only bought us up to Solo which was an hours train ride from Jogja..At first glance, Solo reminded me of Gopeng in Perak as it had lots of old and semi-ruined buildings. We only stayed in Solo for one night and id say the main attraction of Solo is its Pasar Kelewer.. which is the best place to shop for batik lepas, batik sarung and kebaya bersulam..but make sure u bargain.I was really bad at this but luckily my entourage had professional shoppers ,who could even bargain in Indonesian.. "wah.. kakak ini pande ya tawarr.." ( translate: abang ini pandai ye menawar-apparantly kakak in Indonesian means abang in Malay)...
Another attraction in Solo is its beca's

From Solo, we took their normal intra-city train (at only Rp8000 per person) which reminded me of those trains we see in Hindustani movies, those Indian trains..with really basic facilities, no air-cond nor fancy seats.. that was definitely an interesting experience. Jogja was totally different from Solo, it was loud, bustling with activity and a bit cramped..all their buildings were builed close together and there wasnt any obvious difference between housing areas and offices as they are all built around each other. The highlight or main purpose of the whole trip was the visit to Candi Borbodur. We actually woke up at 3.30 am just so that we could enjoy the view at sunset and boy was it worth it. Memang sebijik lah macam dalam buku sejarah Form 4.. eh ke F3?... with all the stuppas and all.. but be warned...

aku malas nak tulis panjang panjang.. so kesimpulannya..
1) Makanan, Transportation and Barang murah bangat.. jadi bawak duit mencukupi.. Tukaran asing boleh di buat disana kerana harganya lebih baik...
2) Make sure makan ayam bebek.. its just nasi kosong makan dengan ayam kampung goreng, sambal belacan and ulam.. but man.. out of this world lah (theres something sorta similar to this dekat Warisan, Putrajaya)
3)Shopping di Jogja yg best is di Malioboro, and make sure pergi satu pasar ni which is situated at the end of Jalan Malioboro..its something like Pasar Kelewer in Solo tapi slightly mahal skit... tapi kalau nak beli souvenirs macam kipas kayu yg wangi tuh better beli dekat gerai gerai dekat luar area area candi .Souvenirs kat Malioboro cam overpriced.

Berjalan di Asia nih mmg sungguh berbeda dengan berjalan di Europe.Seperti aku amaze dengan Venice with all its canals and boats ..or Cordoba with its beautiful Alhambra, aku jugak amaze dengan keadan hidup di Indonesia. In some ways it humbles u.. and in others, it just makes u more thankful with what u have...For pictures.. *click*.. have a lot more.. but havent had enuf bandwidth to load em all up
