Food FestFeeling a bit adventures and wanting a change in my normal bukak puasa dishes,i booked a table at the AlMarjan KLCC.I was caught up in all the ramadhan buffet frenzy last week and not wanting to miss the action.. i surfed the net for good iftar locations..trying to find the right one within my budget
Apparently the most advertised buffets are the ones in hotel restaurants with a price tag ranging from RM60 to Rm85 per head.. Bloody ell..Im sure i cant eat RM80 worth of food could I?..so stumbling upon
this review..i picked Al-Marjan..True to its review, at RM38++ Id say it is worth the money
still..although the main dishes were unique.. the choice of kuehs were not as it was mainly traditional malay kuehs..but we had 3 cold drinks to choose from and there was free flowing mint tea.It was actually normal tea which u mix yourself but they provide some fresh mint leaves for that special taste...The shop is situated opposite of Kelantan delights.. and we had very good seats( it pays to call n book in advance)..The place has a calming ambiance and it made a good place to lepak.. and chat after a hefty meal..
