Another hang over from the long holiday. Especially when its sandwiched between another long break.

I got love for the game but ay I'm not in love with all of it.

So here i am, facebook-ing, blogging by the beach.This post goes out to my gal Lini cause she cant stop pestering me to update.. haha.. Although im pretty sure she wont be pleased with this short entry dan gambar ntah papa ini.. but really, i cant be long. Theres only 36 minutes left on the laptop and after that a nice short novel to read. Although sebenar- benarnya hati ini sangat lah mahu terjun dalam itu swimming pool di depan mata ku.. but unfortunately i didnt bring my swimming suit, so i had to settle with second best of just wifi-ing nearby.

No.. im not on holiday you doinks! Down north for work, my first ever equipment commissioning. Weeeheee~! dan setelah penat bekerja, we frolic with our laptops. Tomorrow back to KL and my own bed.*yeay* as much as it has been fun (and im using that loosely) i miss home.
Btw, ada seorang pakcik tengah mengajar gadis muda swimming, who clearly needs more lessons coz she looks like shes dog paddling y'all. (Sorry slightly bitchy selingan sebentar)

At 12.47 am, 30 rock is so damn funny... but then again its just funny any time of the day.

I hate doing tender/sebut harga documents. Its so tedious and theres just so many bits and pieces that you have to settle before you can actually float the tender. So now my thumb drive has a "I hate doing tenders" folder. While i was in Putrajaya i used to have a "shit and stuff.doc"

Why am i doing procurement you say? Well being under projects there's always stuff to buy to get the job done. Alhamdulillah the new unit allows me to learn and practice more hands on engineering but involves a whole lot of travelling. Which Im not really complaining about, but it does get a little lonely sometimes spending all that time in hotel rooms.

Although what i still need getting used to is having subordinates!.. Sometimes i gotta suppress the urge to scream at them when they seem incompetent... but actually truth to be told, they're quiet an okey bunch.

Useless fact for the day : Using a mouse is way better then using the touch pad on your laptop!

The first day of work after the long New Year holiday feels like recovering from a hangover. Not the kind of hangover from too much drinking but the kind from too much holidaying. And you know what better way to cure it, then to go head on straight to work with a meeting in Bangi. Like a splash of cold water, it alerts your senses for that short moment to wake you up from that holiday slumber. No time to dilly dally and to just do what the bosses say.. straight up! Which i think is a good thing, for if i were to go to office early in the morning, on the first day after all that holidaying, i would definitely end up not doing any work at all today.
