Bali is definitely true to what they say.. the Island of Paradise.. It slightly reminded me of Amsterdam ..minus the sex... but with the same kind of carefree spirit and "happeningness" but more cultured and humble in many ways...
My experience there has certainly lifted my spirits and my heart seems to be singing these past few days since my return from the trip...So heres a summary of the whole shebang..
Day 1
Arrived late in the evening and greeted by Irwan our friend in Bali.Straight to a delicious.. extravagant...extra pricey seafood meal by the beach in Jimbaran.

Day 2
We were bought to Nusa Dua for water sports but we didnt dare try anything out since it was only a day after the earthquake and tsunami that hit the Island of Java..
Kintamani - breathtaking scenery of a volcano area.
Kuta and Legian - walkabout to take in its nightlife.

Day 3
Barong Dance-traditional dance with Gamelan music.
Tanah Lot - Pura(temple) in the middle of the sea.One of the most beautiful seasides ive ever visited.
Uluwatu - Kecak Dance during sunset..highlight of the whole trip...dancers with singing men which reminded me of dikir barat entertwined with choral speaking as background music...something that should not be missed if u go to Bali.Highly recommended!Asik bangat!
Evening-Bali massage and spa for all..
Day 4
Kuta Beach amateur surfers...locals selling trinkets..crowded beach
Dreamland beach..secluded ..professional surfers... sunbathers...foreigners..

p/s have u ever wore surfer pants before?... God! they are the most comfortble pants ive ever wore... and they look so hot on a surfers bodd.. :P
